Return & Exchange Policy

At Vexa Steps, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy return and exchange process.

Eligibility For Returns

Customers can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product or size was delivered
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to improper use by the customer

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Wrong color or product
  • Damaged or defective item

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is caused by our mistake.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Products should be carefully checked at the time of delivery.
  • Vexa Steps reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
  • We aim to provide a smooth and fair return experience for all customers.
